There is a distinct difference between working hard and working smart.
Have you ever let hours pass by and when you look back, wonder what you achieved and gone done in that amount of time that was productive? Successful people know how to manage their time well, and delegate tasks when necessary. They also know when to say ‘no’. Saying ‘yes’ and trying to please can lead to burnouts and difficult situations, saying ‘no’ is OK!
